School Lunch Day 57: Leftover Homemade Soups

school lunch day 57 from WhatLisaCooks.com

This was a cold and rainy winter day, so a warm lunch seemed in order.  Fortunately I have been making a lot of soup lately, so there was plenty of leftover.

Three kids have leftover soup.  One has chicken soup with veggies. Two have a potsticker soup - basically like chicken soup, but I add in frozen potstickers and season the broth with a few asian flavors like soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. The fourth doesn't like soup (I know. Whatever), so she has leftover macaroni and cheese.

On the side they all have apples, oranges, and cheese.
