Gifted Product Reviews:
We love trying your products and we are always happy to accept gifted product to try with our family. Acceptance of gifted product does not guarantee that it will get featured in my content or shared on social media. What I can promise is that we will try your product and let you know what we think. If we love it, I’ll most likely share it with my followers. If we don’t love it then we’ll just keep that between us and I’ll give you feedback about why it didn’t work for us.

If you want me to create guaranteed content using your gifted product, my basic paid content creation rates are below. If you want to use an existing image I have created with your product, please contact me for one-time usage rates.
Guaranteed Placements / Paid Content Creation:
If you want a guaranteed content placement of your product in my social media, newsletter, or website, I am happy to do a paid content deal with you. I am not currently taking clients for custom videos or reels. I am only doing still photography at this time. Here are my current rates for paid content:
Basic social media package:
I will do still photography of your product in use in our home or family meals, in a style that matches my casual, real world, natural lighting aesthetic, similar to what you can currently see on my website and social media. My current rate is a flat $1,250 for the creation of four unique digital images, each shared one time to my social media accounts (@whatlisacooks on Instagram and Facebook) over the course of one month. Additional images can be added for $250 each as long as they are within similar setup parameters as the original four. New setups, recipes, props, etc. will be extra.
Custom Blog Post:
If you would like a custom blog post on my website featuring the above four images, shared from my social media and newsletter, the current fee is an additional $1,000. So, a total of $2,250 for four images, shared on social media and in a custom blog post. If the post requires creating an original recipe, an additional $500+ will be added, depending on the complexity of the recipe creation and the time involved.
Image & Content Ownership and Usage:
For the above options I retain ownership of the images and copy/content/recipe, and you are granted limited digital usage rights to share the images only on agreed upon channels & sites with credit/link to me, for a term of three months from the date the image is first shared on my social media.
If you wish to purchase additional usage rights or ownership of the images or content I write you may do so at the following rates (subject to change):
Note that the below fees are in addition to the minimum initial content creation fee.
$500 per image for unlimited digital usage without ownership. No time/quantity/site limit on digital usage, but I retain ownership and you credit and link to me any time you use the image. (note that this does not include print usage, let’s chat about rates if you want to use my images in print)
$1,000 per image for full ownership of the digital image. I no longer own the image (but I will retain rights to use it in any existing placement), and you are not required to credit or link to me when you use it.
$1,000 per article if you wish to license the copy or content from the custom blog post to publish in your content channels or websites. This is in addition to the fees for the image creation/usage. An additional $500 will be added if I have created an original recipe and you wish to republish that. Note that this is usage rights only and I still retain ownership of the original content that will remain published on my website. If you want to work something out that involves me removing content from my site for your exclusive ownership and use, which is essentially a freelance writing fee, let’s talk.
Custom Packages:
I am happy to create custom content creation packages for you using any combinations of the above scenarios and rates, with a minimum starting fee of $1,250. I realize this may be different from other content creators that you work with, but this is what works for me to make it worth the time and effort required for developing this type of content and I believe is appropriate given my current audience size. These rates will increase as my audience size increases.
Additional fees:
I do not accept product as payment for content creation. Any product needed to create the content is understood as being gifted to me and will be separate from the agreed upon fees for the content creation.
These fees are all subject to change. These rates represent the most straightforward content creation scenarios, but they can vary depending on the complexity of creating content with your product. If additional time is needed beyond what I consider to be standard, then the fees will reflect my additional time. If I need to purchase ingredients, supplies, or tools that are not already available in my home or kitchen, that additional expense will be reflected in the final fees.
Photo Licensing:
If you are interested in licensing any of my existing photographs please contact me for rates and terms. All of the photos on this site are taken by me and are my property. You may not use any of my photos without my express written permission. But if you would like to use an existing image, I can quote you a custom usage fee depending on the image you want and how you intend to use it.
