School Lunch Day 98: Sub Sandwiches and Cheese & Crackers

Another quick and easy packed school lunch - two of one kind, and two of another.

My husband brought home a big sub sandwich from a catered band practice, apparently nobody wanted to eat. So I scored - half the lunch already made. I cut the sandwich in half, packed half of it for my husband, and cut the other piece in half again for two of the kids who eat meat. I had to squish it down a bit, because it was a really big sandwich.

The other two got a yogurt tube, two cheeses, and some crackers.

On the side they all had seaweed snacks, strawberries, and crunchy dried apples.

These lunches are packed in EasyLunchboxes. The seaweed and crackers are in these silicone cups.
